Use the automated form to:

a) Choose which groups you want to receive your query with headshot & resume (casting directors, agents, managers, producers/directors)

b) Indicate your current union status (union, non-union or union-eligible) and representation status (seeking representation, or already represented by agent and/or manager).

c) Upload your headshot and resume for inclusion in the email query

d) Indicate in what geographical areas you’re seeking to physically attend auditions/reads with the query recipients.

e) Indicate if you have a demo reel available to submit to interested recipients.

All orders are checked manually by eQuery Online staff for content and to make sure that the uploaded headshot and resume have been transmitted in a readable format. Please allow up to 48 hours for this process. You will receive an email by that time that your order form information and headshot file have been properly received and a date by which your query will be launched.

A specific custom email address is set up for your query responses free of charge. All incoming requests asking you to come in for an audition, send your demo reel, or hard copy of headshot/resume from agents, casting directors, producers/directors, etc will be sent to that address.

eQuery forwards those received messages to the email address you indicate on the order form.

Doing this allows eQuery to periodically remove industry contacts whose response may say they no longer wish to receive queries, or those that forward queries to a paid service that solicits the actor.

4.	Upon the launch of your query, an email will be sent to you letting you know that it has just gone out, custom addressed specifically by name to over a thousand currently active agents, managers, casting directors, producers etc based on the groups you choose during the order process. Additionally, the list of recipients itself is custom tailored to your needs and goals indicated during the order process, the markets in which you're available for auditions/roles, your union/non-union status, your representation status, etc. eQuery sends only to legitimate producers/directors, casting directors, talent reps, etc., and only to those who do NOT charge fees.
5.	See the responses at your email address. Inform the sender that they should send any future emails to your own personal email address.
